Other Partners & Projects
Anxious to publish realtime feeds to
new hounds on AOL, BillP Studios created a unique solution by capturing closed
caption from CBS News and broadcasting it to members in one of AOL's multiple
room auditoriums.
In 1993, Studio founder Bill Pytlovany
consulted with then startup Sportsline, assisting in determining the technical
requirements for the current leader in Sports entertainment and information
on the Internet.
Created especially for the Music Television
Network, BillP's Yak Chat Live tool allowed TV viewers their first experience
at seeing online users chatting in real time while watching their favorite
videos. Viewers could sign online and participate broadcasting their comments
around the world.

Not to be out done, Country Music
Television worked with BillP to create their own real time chat broadcast
with country stars Reba, and Alabama.

In 1995-1996, BillP was a member
of a small skunkworks group at Microsoft working on what was then called the Information
Highway PC. Over the years this group has grown to become the key to
Micorsoft's convergence policy and is responsible for products such as WebTV
for Windows.
In 1997, BillP assisted in the partnership
of media giant ABC and game giant
MicroProse. The new company called
Overtime Sports was founded and was responsible for the release of PC games
Monday Night Football and IndyCar Racing.
